About this policy

This policy describes the AudioPina website and mobile app. They work differently: this website introduces the product, while the app provides account-based audio creation and listening. For privacy questions, contact contact@audiopina.com.

When you visit this website

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies, include tracking scripts, or ask you to create an account. Fonts and images are served with the website rather than loaded from third-party font or image services.

When you visit, the hosting infrastructure receives information needed to deliver the page, such as your IP address, requested URL, and browser details. Infrastructure logs may be handled separately by the hosting provider. Contact links open your email application; this website does not collect form submissions.

Information used by the app

• Account and profile: your account email, display name, sign-in identifier, and optional profile photo or avatar.
• Your audio requests: prompts, selected topics, voices, styles, lengths, generated text and audio, and associated artwork.
• Listening and library activity: saved audio, bookmarks, listening progress, reviews or ratings you submit, and library preferences.
• Usage and device information: generation status, audio-minute and storage usage, app interaction events, and notification tokens and preferences.
• Support messages: information you choose to send when contacting us.

Public profile details and reviews may be visible to other app users where these features are available. Avoid putting sensitive personal information in your public nickname, reviews, or generation prompts.

How information is used

App information is used to sign you in, generate and play audio, maintain your library and progress, show public contributions, track usage limits, deliver notifications you enable, understand feature use, and respond to support requests.

Prompts and generation settings are processed to produce your requested content. Do not submit confidential information or another person’s private information without permission.

Services that process information

The current app uses Google Firebase services for account authentication, cloud data and file storage, backend processing, analytics, and notifications. Audio generation uses Google’s Gemini services. Information needed for these functions is processed by the relevant service providers under their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Google sign-in, when used, also involves Google’s account services. These providers may process information in locations outside your country. AudioPina does not sell your personal information.

Storage and account deletion

The app stores account records, generation requests and outputs, listening data, and usage information to provide its features. Downloaded audio also occupies storage on your device.

You can initiate account deletion from Profile in the app. You may need to sign in again. The current account-deletion flow removes your sign-in; generated audio and related stored records may remain until separately cleaned up. To request deletion of remaining data, email contact@audiopina.com from your account email and identify the data you want removed.

We do not promise a fixed retention period or instant deletion of all records. If you need details about a specific record or deletion request, please contact us.

Your choices and requests

You can update profile details and notification preferences in the app, manage downloaded audio, and request account or data assistance. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. Send requests to contact@audiopina.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account.

You can disable notification permissions in your device settings. Device permissions and feature availability may differ between app versions.
