Using AudioPina
These terms apply to your use of the AudioPina website and mobile app. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Questions can be sent to contact@audiopina.com.
Use AudioPina only where you are legally able to agree to these terms and in accordance with applicable law. If parental or guardian permission is required for your use, obtain it before using the app.
Availability and accounts
The website describes AudioPina and its features. Store badges marked “Coming soon” do not indicate that a version is currently available. Features, platform support, and availability can change as the app develops.
Some app features require an account. Keep your sign-in details secure, provide information you are authorized to use, and contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Your prompts and generated audio
You are responsible for the prompts and other material you submit. Only provide content that you have the right to use and authorize us and our service providers to process it as needed to deliver the requested features.
AudioPina uses AI to generate text, voices, audio, and related content. Results may contain errors, be incomplete, or resemble other outputs. Verify important information independently. Generated material is not a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Generated audio is intended for personal listening. These terms do not promise exclusive rights, copyright protection, or clearance of third-party rights in generated material. Do not present generated voices as recordings of real people who have not authorized that use.
Responsible use
Do not use AudioPina to create or distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, harass others, impersonate people deceptively, or submit information you are not authorized to share. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or usage limits, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure.
Plans and limits
Available content types, generation minutes, and storage may depend on your app plan. Limits and current usage are shown in the app. In-progress generation requests may reserve usage until they finish or fail.
This website does not sell subscriptions or collect payments. Any future paid offering must present its price, billing frequency, cancellation terms, and any applicable store conditions before you make a purchase. These terms do not establish a payment obligation by themselves.
Service changes and interruptions
Audio generation and playback depend on software, network access, and third-party services. We cannot guarantee that the service or any particular output will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Features may be updated, limited, or discontinued.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and leaving the service
Our Privacy Policy explains data used by the website and app. You can stop using the service at any time. For account deletion, use Profile in the app or visit our account and data help section. Removing your sign-in may not immediately remove all generated content or related records.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. The revision date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after an update is subject to the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
